I GOT 9 FRIGGIN' HOURS OF SLEEP LAST NIGHT!!! I was between the sheets, and konked out by 9:30! Let me tell you, I woke up this morning ready to take on the world!!! MUAHAHA! Truly, the benefits of getting enough sleep are huge. Our bodies grow and repair themselves while we sleep. Our brains, immune system, and muscles all repair; and our bodies produce Human Growth Hormone which aids in cellular regeneration. Think of those sore muscles after the WOD you did...sleepy time is repair time for them. Well today (about 1 week in for me) was a little rough. I was hungry all day, so I ate ALL Paleo but felt like I ate a ton. Most likely normal amount for most, but for someone that is a total speratic eater it was hard. Plus I avoided my grande half n half afternoon latte that would normally keep me happy til dinner, if I ate dinner. How about the rest of you???
